Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) carefully. By accessing or using gallantorbit.in (the “Site“) — including submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging Gallant Orbit Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Gallant Orbit“, “we“, “us“, “our“) for design, fit-out or related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01) Acceptance of terms

These Terms govern your use of gallantorbit.in and any related enquiry forms, consultation bookings, WhatsApp communications or project discussions with Gallant Orbit. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

02) Eligibility to use the Site

To submit an enquiry, book a consultation, or engage us for a project, you must be 18 years of age or older, and able to understand and agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or authorised representative of your organisation.

03) Our services

Gallant Orbit provides end-to-end interior design, architectural, fit-out and build solutions for corporate, retail, hospitality, residential, healthcare and industrial spaces, along with related services such as design consultancy, 3D visualisation, architectural simulation, and smart automation integration.

The content on this Site — including project portfolios, service descriptions, visualisations and team information — is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site or any service, division, franchise offering or collaboration at any time, with or without prior notice.

04) Enquiries, consultations & project agreements

Submitting an enquiry through “Book Consultant”, “Connect”, or any other form on the Site does not create a binding contract between you and Gallant Orbit. A project engagement is formed only once both parties have agreed to and signed a separate project proposal, quotation, or service agreement setting out the scope, timelines, pricing and deliverables specific to your project.

Design proposals, mood boards, 3D visualisations and quotations shared with you during consultation are indicative and may be refined as the project progresses. Where our project agreement and these Terms conflict on a specific matter, the signed project agreement will govern that matter.

05) Payments & project terms

Where you engage Gallant Orbit for design, fit-out or execution services, payment terms — including advance payments, milestone-based billing, and applicable taxes such as GST — will be set out in your project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Timelines for design delivery, fit-out execution and project handover will be specified in your project agreement and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including site readiness, third-party approvals, and material or vendor availability.

06) Third-party sites & links

As a convenience, the Site may contain links to third-party websites or platforms, such as Paint Expert, franchise or collaboration partner sites, or social media pages. If you visit these, you leave gallantorbit.in. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any linked third-party site.

07) Information provided by you

We respect your privacy. Any personal data you share with us through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us any confidential or proprietary information beyond what is necessary for your enquiry or project, unless specifically requested and agreed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including project briefs, site details and contact information, and for notifying us promptly of any changes.

08) Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including project photography, 3D visualisations, designs, text, logos and videos (“Materials”) — is owned by or licensed to Gallant Orbit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We authorise you to view the Materials for your personal, non-commercial reference only.

You may not reproduce, republish, modify, or use the Materials — including project images or design concepts — for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. Design concepts, drawings and visualisations prepared for your specific project remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership is expressly transferred under your project agreement.

09) Your submissions

We welcome feedback, project briefs, reference images and suggestions you share with us. You retain rights to the content you contribute, and by sharing it with us you confirm that doing so does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.

10) Disclaimer

Project portfolio images, renderings and 3D visualisations on this Site are for illustration only; actual finishes, materials, lighting and outcomes may vary due to site conditions, material availability, and design refinements made during execution. Service descriptions, timelines and availability across divisions, franchise territories and collaborations are subject to change without notice.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11) Limitation of liability

We will not be in breach of these Terms or any project agreement for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including fire, flood, strikes, civil disruption, breakdown of equipment, or delays caused by third-party vendors, approvals or site access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of any project or engagement will be limited to the fees paid by you for that specific engagement. Neither we nor our affiliates will be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Gallant Orbit harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party right.

13) Compliance with laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India while using the Site and while engaging with our services.

14) Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify or amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15) Severability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.

Any claim arising from your use of the Site must be brought within one (1) year of the claim or cause of action arising.
