Project Overview

Gallant Orbit was entrusted with the corporate office interior design of Autocop Systems Pvt. Ltd., located in Karol Bagh. The brief covered a full-scale corporate environment spanning multiple functional zones, from open workstations and executive cabins to a boardroom, training facility, and reception area. The design vision favours a warm, wood-toned material language throughout, using timber panelling, wooden slat ceilings, and rich wood furniture to give the office a grounded, professional character rather than a purely utilitarian commercial look. Across the different zones, the interior balances functional corporate requirements with a consistent, considered material identity.

Scope & Execution

The scope covered several distinct areas within the office. A dedicated training and computer lab was fitted with rows of desktop workstations facing a wall-mounted display screen, set against warm timber wall panelling and acoustic ceiling tiles. The boardroom features a long, high-gloss wooden conference table paired with a full run of upholstered chairs on either side, finished in a rich mahogany tone that anchors the room. A private executive cabin was designed around a sculpted, curved-edge wooden desk paired with a tall, glass-fronted display and storage unit finished in a matching dark wood veneer, lit by a suspended linear pendant fixture. A waiting or breakout seating area introduces a quilted brown leather sofa and armchair set around a wood-topped coffee table, offering a softer, lounge-style counterpoint to the more formal cabin and boardroom spaces. Open-plan sections of the office are laid out with modular workstation cubicles, some finished in warm terracotta tones, interspersed with greenery to soften the workspace, while a wood-panelled corridor with named meeting rooms connects the different departments. Gallant Orbit coordinated furniture, wall panelling, ceiling treatments, and lighting together across each zone, so the office functions as a cohesive corporate environment despite its varied spatial requirements.

Outcome & Impact

The completed office gives Autocop Systems Pvt. Ltd. a functional, well-organized corporate environment that supports its varied day-to-day operations, from training and collaborative work to formal boardroom discussions and executive functions. The consistent use of warm wood tones across cabins, the boardroom, and common areas ties the different zones together into one coherent design identity, even as each space serves a distinct purpose.
