Answers on how Gallant Orbit scopes, plans and delivers corporate interior projects, from first brief to final handover. If your question isn’t here, our team is a call away.
01
General
The basics: what Gallant Orbit does and who we work with.
Gallant Orbit is an integrated corporate interiors and project delivery company. We combine workplace design, project management and turnkey execution under one team, covering everything from the initial client brief through design development, site execution and final handover.
Our project experience spans technology, BFSI, logistics, manufacturing, consumer and institutional sectors. Environments range from corporate offices and workplace interiors to industrial and institutional spaces.
Our team carries over three decades of combined design and interior project delivery experience, spanning design consultancy, project management and turnkey execution.

Services & capabilities
What’s included in our scope, and how the different services fit together.
Design consultancy is independent design support (concept, layouts and interior direction) without us taking on the build. Turnkey execution means we carry that design (ours or one already approved) through coordinated site delivery, right up to handover. Many clients start with consultancy and move into turnkey once the design is locked.
We coordinate the full technical scope: interior build works, electrical and lighting, HVAC and services coordination, ceiling and partition systems, furniture and joinery integration, and final finishes. These are planned together rather than handled as separate, disconnected trades.
Yes. Our project management / PMC service covers planning, trade coordination and project oversight independently of turnkey execution, for clients who already have contractors in place but need a single team coordinating the programme.
Yes. Where a design is already finalised, we can step in from scope and BOQ alignment onward, taking that design through project planning, site execution and handover under our own project controls.
Yes. Franchise outlet design and execution is part of our core capability. We plan the store layout, brand-led interiors and fixtures for an outlet, then carry that design through turnkey execution and handover, using the same integrated design, build and manage approach we apply to corporate interiors.
Yes. For brands rolling out several outlets, we work from a common design and brand standard, then adapt it to each site's specific dimensions and constraints during site assessment and scope alignment. Our pan-India project coordination means the same delivery framework and quality checks apply at every outlet, regardless of city.
Both. We can act purely as design consultants for a franchise format, or take on full turnkey execution, including interior build, electrical and lighting, ceiling and partition work, furniture and fixtures, and final finishes, with the same quality review and snagging process we use on any project before handover.
03
Process & delivery
How a project actually runs once it’s with us.
It runs in eight stages: client brief, site assessment, design development, scope and BOQ alignment, project planning, site execution, review and completion, and handover. The same delivery team carries the project across all eight stages.
It depends on the size of the space, the complexity of the design and site-specific conditions. Timelines are defined during the scope and BOQ alignment and project planning stages, once we've assessed the actual site; we don't quote a duration before that.
Through structured programme and trade coordination: schedules, vendors and sequencing are planned and tracked centrally, so interior, electrical, HVAC, ceiling and furniture work happen in a logical order rather than colliding on site.
Before handover, completed work goes through a staged quality review checking workmanship, finishes and compliance with the approved scope. Any open items are logged, rectified and re-checked as part of snag closure, so handover reflects a completed, reviewed space rather than a work-in-progress one.
A structured, documented handover: completed project areas, relevant documentation and warranties organised and closed out, following final quality review and snag closure.
04
Locations & reach
Where we can take on projects.
Our project experience covers multiple Indian cities including Delhi-NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Indore, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kochi, alongside other locations as projects require.
Yes. We apply the same planning and execution framework across locations, with coordinated project communication so multi-site programmes are managed consistently rather than run as separate, disconnected projects.
Our registered office is in New Delhi, but project delivery isn't limited to it. Our team travels to and manages sites across the regions listed above as part of standard project mobilisation.

Getting started
What we need from you, and how to begin a conversation.
A clear brief helps most: the space or site involved, the intended use, rough headcount or area, any existing drawings, and your priorities, whether that's timeline, budget range, or design ambition. We refine the rest during the client brief and site assessment stages.
No. You can come to us at any stage: with just an idea and a site, with a completed design ready for execution, or somewhere in between. We adjust our starting point in the process to match what you already have.
Reach out with your project brief through the contact details below. We'll typically follow up with a site assessment before providing scope and cost alignment, since accurate quotes depend on actual site conditions rather than assumptions.
