Project Overview

Gallant Orbit was entrusted with creating a distinctive interior for Qsams Cafe, translating the brand’s playful and expressive character into a cohesive customer environment. The design combines bold graphics, vivid colours, warm timber textures and contemporary architectural detailing to create a space that feels energetic, welcoming and visually memorable.

The overall design language balances a darker architectural framework with warmer natural tones and bursts of colour. A bold illustrated feature wall immediately establishes a strong focal point, while branded furniture, graphic elements and integrated greenery reinforce the café’s identity throughout the space. The result is a contemporary café interior where branding and spatial experience are closely connected.

Scope & Execution

Gallant Orbit developed the café interior through an integrated approach to spatial planning, counters, seating, lighting, ceiling treatments, finishes and brand expression. The glazed frontage creates an open connection with the exterior, framed by a strong dark façade and a prominent branded entrance. Inside, counter seating provides an informal social zone, while the arrangement of tables and chairs supports a comfortable customer experience.

Material and finish choices create a distinctive visual rhythm across the café. Timber-look ceiling panels and counter surfaces introduce warmth, contrasted with black-framed elements, dark walls and industrial-inspired pendant lighting. Colourful vertical wall detailing adds another layer of personality, while suspended greenery softens the overhead structure. Feature graphics, open shelving, framed artwork and branded seating complete the interior language, ensuring that every element contributes to the identity of Qsams Cafe.

Outcome & Impact

The completed Qsams Cafe interior delivers a strong and recognisable brand experience from the exterior entrance through to the seating areas. The combination of bold artwork, vibrant colours, timber textures, greenery and carefully layered lighting creates an environment with multiple visual focal points while maintaining a coherent overall aesthetic.
