Gallant Orbit approached the project with a clear focus on spatial efficiency and visual cohesion. The layout is organized to accommodate varied seating formats ranging from two seater tables and lounge style sofas to linear bench seating ensuring flexibility for different group sizes and dining preferences. The planning allows for smooth circulation while maintaining a sense of intimacy within each seating cluster.

The ceiling design plays a central role in defining the space. An exposed slab is complemented by a suspended metal framework, creating a structured grid that visually anchors the lighting system. Pendant lights with warm illumination are strategically distributed, enhancing ambience while reinforcing the rhythm of the layout.

Materiality is expressed through a balanced mix of finishes. Polished flooring reflects light and adds a sense of openness, while feature walls including geometric panels and a bold brick-patterned backdrop introduce visual interest. Wooden column claddings and furniture elements bring warmth, countering the industrial ceiling language.

Furniture selection further enhances the design narrative, combining upholstered seating with sleek, minimal tables. The integration of greenery as soft partitions subtly defines zones without disrupting openness. A display counter and service area are seamlessly incorporated, maintaining both functionality and aesthetic continuity.
