Project Overview
Gallant Orbit was entrusted with the execution of a multi-phase industrial infrastructure and interior upgrade for DHL Logistics at their Luhari Warehouse in Haryana. The objective of the project was to transform a highly active logistics environment into a more efficient, professional, and operationally optimized facility while ensuring uninterrupted warehouse activities.
The project required a balance between industrial durability and corporate-level execution standards, reflecting DHL’s global quality expectations. Through careful planning and coordinated execution, the space was upgraded to support both operational performance and employee functionality.

Scope & Execution
The project involved complete interior development, electrical and lighting upgrades, structural fabrication, and finishing works integrated into one turnkey execution framework. Gallant Orbit executed office area interiors, reception enhancements, staff utility spaces, and circulation areas while simultaneously upgrading electrical infrastructure with advanced LED lighting systems and customized dock solutions.
Structural improvements such as steel fabrication, awning installations, and industrial-grade modifications were implemented to improve both functionality and aesthetics. Painting and finishing works were carried out using durable materials aligned with corporate standards, ensuring long-term performance within a high-usage industrial environment. The execution was carefully managed to maintain safety and workflow continuity inside an operational logistics facility.
